1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the ADM Life website (admlife.org) and the purchase of any products or services offered through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services
ADM Life offers physical books and printed teaching materials, digital books and downloadable content (eBooks, PDFs, audio), ministry partnership contributions (recurring and once-off), and teaching resources and courses.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Orders are confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact info@admlife.org.
5. Digital Products
Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email link or direct download immediately upon payment confirmation, or within 24 hours at most.
Licence: Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the content without prior written permission.
No returns on digital goods: Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are not eligible for refund, except where the product is materially defective or not as described.
EU digital content rights: EU consumers have the right to receive digital content that conforms to the contract. If your digital product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact info@admlife.org within 14 days of purchase.
6. Ministry Partnerships
Ministry partnership contributions are voluntary financial gifts made in support of the ADM Life mandate. They are not purchases of goods or services.
Recurring contributions will be charged on the same date each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting info@admlife.org or managing your subscription via your account.
Ministry partnership contributions are not tax-deductible donations unless explicitly confirmed in writing by ADM Life.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, teaching materials, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ADM Life and Apostle Duncan Manyonda unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, reproduce or distribute our content without permission, misrepresent your identity or affiliation with ADM Life, or use our platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADM Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

The teachings and materials on this website are provided for spiritual, educational, and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
